Virtual Art Wellness Groups - Mondays 7-8 pm ET

 
 

Weekly virtual art wellness groups aid is exercising your creative mind!

Join us on Zoom for 60 minutes of restorative and relaxing art practice designed to help you de-stress. These sessions will guide you through creative explorations that spark inspiration and self-discovery and give you a dopamine boost—the feel-good hormone!

Each week, I’ll demo a technique or share a creative prompt, followed by time to make art while enjoying music. We’ll wrap up by sharing our creations and insights from the experience.

No artistic skill or experience is needed to join, and sharing your art is always optional.

Bring your art materials, sketchbook, or whatever you have on hand, and be sure to join on time for the full experience.

Let’s create together and boost our well-being in a relaxing, supportive space.

Group Flow

  • 15 minutes - Welcome & Introduction of prompt or a demo

  • 30 minutes - Art-making

  • 15 minutes - Discussion & Closing

*Time allocated to each portion of the session may vary
